Originally from Alabama, Dave has spent over 30 years in southern California. He entered the world of real estate at the urging of his first broker, Vince Ferragamo of LA Rams fame. In 2021, Dave aligned with HD Properties in Westlake Village. He believes the Conejo Valley is heaven on earth and is passionate about the people who live here. Dave’s approach to his clients reflects his southern upbringing where each client’s experience is personal and should be treated as such. With over 20 years experience in sales, Dave still realizes that the relationship is as important as the transaction.

Born and raised in Southern California, Ambyr is an expert on all things in the Conejo Valley. She has a Masters Degree from Cal Lutheran University and after a 10 year career in education, Ambyr made the switch to real estate because of her passion for interior design and renovation.
